Less than 9 weeks to go

Monday, September 20, 2010

I am running out of time to write on my blog. Many of these posts from now on will be short and to the point. With the kids back in school, dance, and soccer and me walking more and more, working full-time, etc. my time is precious.

This past week I did not walk as much as I hoped for, but at least I was consistent. I was able to walk 6 days this past week for a total of 21 miles and every day hills covered at least half of my miles. That has to count for something.

Monday - 3 miles
Tuesday - 3 miles
Wednesday - 3 miles
Thursday - 0
Friday - 3 miles
Saturday - 3 miles (Julia accompanied me on her scooter, which was fun)
Sunday - 6 miles

Did you know you can send me mail?

Hey there friends. I took this information directly from the Susan G. komen 3-Day website. Who doesn't like to get mail. Follow these steps and I can receive mail from you at the san Diego 3-day event.

"You've Got Mail There’s nothing like a letter from a loved one to inspire you to keep going. Your friends, family and supporters can write a letter to you, which we’ll deliver to you on the event at the 3-Day for the Cure Camp Post Office.

Send letters to:
