Week 13 Training Update 1

So I am off to a good start this week. Yesterday I walked 3 miles during my lunch break at work. Today I woke up at 6am and walked 3 miles before work and then 2 more at lunch.

Monday = 3
Tuesday = 5

grand total - week 13- so far = 8. Woo hoo!
